How do I use my Store Credit?

Use Online

1. Checkout as per normal.
2. On Checkout - Payment Page, select the redeem button.
3. All available Store Credit will be applied to the order. If the total amount is less than your available Store Credit, the balance will remain in your account for your next purchase.

Use In-Store

1. Inform the cashier that you'd like to utilise your Store Credit.
2. Scan your unique QR code upon payment to redeem your credits.

We'll keep any unused credits safe for you in your account, ready for use on your next purchase!

Store Credit in US Dollar (US$) can be used on our websites (www.lovebonito.com/intl and www.lovebonito.com/us)

Is your Store Credit account reflected as $0?
Store Credit for returns will be issued to the same account that the order was made with. You might want to do a quick check that you're logged in to the correct account :)

Do also ensure you're viewing your account's Store Credit on the correct website.
